Mahatma Gandhi Circuit'

 Motihari:Nitish Kumar  said that the government was keen on developing a 'Mahatma Gandhi Circuit' to promote tourism and to spread the preaching of the Father of the Nation.Gandhi launched his Satyagrah movement from Champaran district over 90 year ago to demand freedom from the British rule.

"This circuit would be jointly funded by the state and central government,".Nitish Kumar inaugurated a number of developmental projects at Madhuban in Motihari district where he reiterated his desire to push Gandhi ideology to bring peace in the Naxal-hit state of Bihar.The Chief Minister also held his Janata Durbar in Madhuban where he patiently listened to the villagers complaints mostly directed towards government officials who, they said, were as corrupt as they could be despite the government's attempts to weed them out.
